- Fiction and Non-Fiction book sections for student check-out; plus, ebooks & audiobooks.
- Destiny Discover online catalog - for searching from school and home.
- FREE book "Uber" when you put books on hold in Destiny Discover.
- Library Website & Google Classroom for activities, lessons, book reviews, & FAQ.
- Access to Wichita Public and WSU Libraries, and the Kansas State Library.
- Assistance with research, research papers, citations, etc.
- A safe place at lunch, and anytime, with resources available for homework fun.
How to Use Library Space and Resources:
- Be respectful; follow the guidelines/voice levels posted for each section of the library.
- Open during class time; eHall pass required!
- No cell phone/earbud/earphone zone, except during lunch.
- Drinks with a secure lid are allowed in the library; food/eating is not allowed.
- All district and school policies are enforced.
- Books are checked out for 3 weeks; please return or renew on time.
- Charging outlets available before school/during lunch.
Guide to Book Care
- Keep your books in a safe place.
- Return your books on time.
- Do not eat or drink while reading library books.
- Keep books away from pets and little ones.
- Use a bookmark.
- If the library book has been damaged, bring it to your librarian. Do not repair the book yourself. Your librarian has the right tools and training to fix books.
- If you lose your book or it is damaged while in your care, you will need to pay to replace it. Talk to your librarian.
